Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

80% of orders are shipped on the day we receive the order, no later than within 24 hours of receiving the order and payment.

How long does it take to deliver to my home?
  • USA: Delivered within 3 – 7 days
  • Germany: Delivered within 3 – 5 days
  • Austria: Delivered within 3 – 5 days
  • Italy: Delivered within 3 – 5 days
  • Australia: Delivered within 6 – 7 days

Delivery times are given in working days.

Which company will deliver the purchase?

Your purchase will be delivered by local post office.

Can I track my order?

We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent. You can track your order here.

How can I pay for my order?

Leggings Guru currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Maestro Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept payment via PayPal.

What currency can I pay with?

We support almost any currency imaginable. (Supported currencies – 153) The currency conversion is done in the background to your chosen settlement currency.

How is my payment secured?

The payment gateway we use is 3-D Secure. 3D Secure is an additional layer of card holder authentication on online card transactions. If a card holder is making a payment online and the bank detects that the transaction might be suspicious, the bank card issuer redirects them to a 3DS page for extra verification.

What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can’t make the payment, please [email protected] us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.

Do you have the product in stock?

All the products which are shown on our site are available.

Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package ships?

You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer service. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, you need to contact us and return the product. Please contact [email protected].

What is your return policy?

Return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise by mail. The purchase can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment without giving a reason. Returns made within 14 days of the order delivery date will be issued refund to the original form of payment. If you choose this option you will need to fill out the product return form included in your order and pay for the cost of the return.

How can I return my order?

You can return your order via the Post Office or via Courier.

How long will I have to return my order?

Please remember that if you are not happy with any of your items in your order, you will have 14 days from date of delivery in order to return these items.

How to search products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.
